Star ingredients that helps improve gut health:
- BUTTERNUT SQUASH: The bright orange color of butternut squash is an indicator of high levels of beta-carotene and alpha-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A. In addition, butternut squash is a good source of vitamin C, magnesium, potassium and calcium, and has a high water content to keep you hydrated.
- FENNEL: This aromatic, flavorful vegetable is often said to taste like licorice. Fennel is rich in iron, calcium, and vitamins A and C. It can also aid in digestion.
- PEAR: Like their apple cousins, pears are high in fiber. They also contain vitamins C and K, copper, potassium, and polyphenol antioxidants.

Reviews
Trygve O.I've tried to go plant based for my food intake and 18 Chestnuts has been a wonderful find! The soups are clean, I can pronounce all of the ingredients, and the flavor is excellent. I'm glad they have subscriptions too!
Sarah B.I seriously love 18 Chestnuts. Every flavor is delicious, although I live for the carrot ginger dill and red pepper pomodoro. I could eat both of these every day. Somehow these soups are light and comforting at the same time. The ingredients are super fresh. These are one of the few things I eat and feel more awake after. They are great for a simple lunch when I'm at work. Thanks y'all!
Keith Ismael - Center for San Francisco 49ersI personally like to eat them after a long day of practice, just because of the advanced nutritional value and how they help aid you in hydration as well.
