How do I change my subscription?

1) Look for "Log in" at the top of our site (If you're viewing on desktop | bottom of your screen if you're viewing on mobile)

2) Once you've signed in, click on My Subscriptions.

3) Then View Details.

4) Under Subscription Details - Click on Edit

When will my order arrive?

We typically ship orders Monday through Friday.

All orders are sent UPS ground, and should arrive within three business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

What should I do if my shipment doesn’t arrive?

While we work hard to be sure this doesn’t happen, there are occasionally issues outside of our control.

The fastest way to reach us is to email us at and we’ll track down your delivery right away!

What is the order minimum?

For one-time purchases, the minimum order is 3 jars, of either the 16-ounce or the 32-ounce size.

For our subscription plan, the minimum order is 5 jars for both the 16- and 32-ounce sizes.

Our soups are shelf stable for over one year, so you don’t need to worry about spoilage.

Is 18 Chestnuts packaging recyclable?

Yes, not only is the cardboard box recyclable, but it is also compostable!

Do my soups need to be refrigerated after delivery?

No, your soups are pantry safe for up to 18 months and each jar is clearly labeled with a best by date.

After opening any unused portion does need to be refrigerated and discarded after five days.

What if I want to return my order?

If you aren’t souper happy with your purchase, email customer service at and we’ll work to make it right.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime with no cancellation fee.
