Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (about 18) chestnuts or Chestnut Maple Soup

  • ½ cup silken tofu or ½ cup mashed avocado

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (or ⅓ cup almond flour as an alternative)

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into small ramekins or dessert glasses.

  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
