It started with my own health.

For years, digestive discomfort made food feel complicated. I returned to what I had studied in Cornell’s Nutrition and Healthy Living Program and began exploring a simpler way to nourish myself.

Soup became my starting point. As I began to feel better, I wanted to share that care with other people facing difficult food choices. That became 18 Chestnuts.
